TOP TEN TIPS
1. ALWAYS drink lots of water and tea.
2. Take vitamins. Not eating can leave a lot of gaps, multivitamins can fill the majority of them.
3. EXERCISE!
4. Give reasons for not eating.
5. NEVER quit.
6. Keep some inspiring things close.
7. Find other pro-anas for help.
8. Gum curbs cravings.
9. Bad days happen, but that it doesn't justify them.
10. Be thin, be beautiful.
